What happens without good links.
New employees don’t get access until a week later because someone has to manually create an account for them. Departing employees remain active for months, with all the compliance risks that entails. Progress tracked in your e-learning tool isn’t reflected in the LMS. And to generate a report, you have to export data from three systems to Excel and build it yourself. HR integrations
With AFAS, Visma, Nmbrs, and other HR systems. New employees are automatically granted access, departing employees are immediately deactivated, and their job role or department structure determines which learning paths are activated.
Single sign-on
With Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, or another identity provider. A single sign-on for all systems, higher adoption rates, and better security.

We operate on the principle of a single source of truth. For each data point, we agree in advance which system serves as the primary source, ensuring that conflicts are prevented. Our integrations are built as standalone components, not as add-ons to existing systems. This means that you can later replace an integrated system without bringing down the entire integration architecture. From our DevSecOps environment , we actively monitor every integration. If something changes in an integrated system—which happens regularly—we adjust the integration before it affects you.

An LMS integration is a connection between your learning platform and another system, such as an HR system, single sign-on, or e-learning tool. It ensures that data is exchanged automatically rather than transferred manually
We build integrations with HR systems such as AFAS, Visma, and Nmbrs; single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace; e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI; and custom integrations via API for systems without a standard connector.
A standard integration works well for simple scenarios involving standard fields and a single provider. Customization is necessary as soon as you have multiple systems, your own role structures, or if you don’t want to be locked into a single LMS provider in the future.
A simple standard integration is typically up and running within a few weeks. A custom integration involving multiple systems and specific data definitions takes two to four months, depending on the scope and complexity.
We can do both. Cube builds integrations for LMSs that we’ve developed ourselves and for existing platforms that offer API access. During the initial consultation, we’ll explore the possibilities.
