Cube B.V. is a service-oriented technology company. Our office is located in the heart of Oldenzaal, at Ganzenmarkt 2. This privacy statement applies only to the website www.cube.nl and the personal data we collect here.

Personal data

• The newsletter; = this involves an e-mail address, first and last name. Here you remain subscribed until you personally unsubscribe yourself again.

• the start-a-project form; = this involves a name, company name and an e-mail address.

• submitting an application; = this involves a name, e-mail address and motivation. Your CV will then be forwarded to our careers inbox. After going through the process, your data will be deleted within 4 weeks, or we will approach you to allow us to keep your data for an additional year.

• Google Analytics; = this relates to anonymised user statistics of visitors.

• Hubspot; = this relates to logging & aggregation of data & forms from the website.

• Cloudflare; = this is deployed by Hubspot to communicate certain content securely and quickly across the web.

• Qooqie = this involves call-tracking, for when you click on a call link.

• Google = this involves marketing and tracking, for targeted advertisements.

• DoubleClick; = this covers marketing and tracking, for targeted ads.

• Facebook; = this covers marketing and tracking, for targeted ads.

Third parties

The personal data collected from the forms is stored in our CRM software (Customer Relation Management) Hubspot. We have concluded the necessary processing agreement with this party to ensure that your and our data is in safe hands here.

To subscribe to our newsletter, we use software from MailChimp. We have entered into the necessary processing agreement with this party to ensure that your, and our, data is in safe hands here.
