Coulisse is a specialist in window coverings. Its sales market extends far beyond our national borders. Coulisse focuses on the future with the vision that window coverings are more than just functional products. They make this a reality with MotionBlinds; automated window coverings. Cube had the opportunity to work on making this advanced product more accessible than ever to dealers and customers.
MotionBlinds products are on the rise, which led to the development of a multilingual website in six languages. The website has a clean look and feel and micro-animations for a better user experience. Thanks to Silverstripe CMS, MotionBlinds has a flexible management environment that allows them to easily edit pages themselves, ensuring both efficiency and ease of use in the long run. The website makes it easy for customers to find outlets by filtering by country and products. This is made possible by the Boomi API, which pulls data from Salesforce and integrates it with the website. This scalable solution offers the possibility of expanding the site with new functionalities in the future.
A knowledge portal for employees.
Coulisse had a Product Information Management tool that was not pleasant to work with for employees. In collaboration with Morskieft Designers, Cube developed a new innovative Do It Yourself employee portal that excels in user-friendliness. The technical realisation was in our hands; we also set up the functional design. Morskieft then developed the design based on the Coulisse house style.
In the DIY knowledge portal, employees always have access to information on products, systems and features, thus maintaining a high level of knowledge. To quickly find specific info in the large and growing database, filtering can be done in various ways.
Sharing product information with external parties.
A special feature of this portal is the public link function. This also allows product info to be shared with external parties, such as various sales outlets. The vast technical knowledge can thus be combined with a personal approach to customers.
