Give your campaign its own digital platform.

Sometimes a campaign doesn’t fit on the main website. The message is too specific, the target audience too narrow, or the tone too different from the main brand. In that case, a campaign website is the better choice: a standalone digital environment dedicated entirely to a single goal. Whether it’s a product launch, an event, a social initiative, or a seasonal campaign, a campaign website gives you the freedom to be creative without the constraints of the regular site structure.

When should you choose a campaign website over a landing page?

That’s a good question, and one we get asked often. The answer depends on the complexity of the campaign.

  • A landing page is ideal for a single message: one offer, one CTA, one conversion goal. Quick to launch, easy to track, and simple to A/B test.

  • A campaign website requires more space. Think of a product launch where you want to tell the story behind the product. Or a thematic campaign with multiple subpages, video integrations, and its own visual identity. Or an event website with registration options, a program overview, and practical information.

The decision-making framework is simple: does your campaign have more to say than can fit on a single page? If so, a campaign website is the right approach.

What makes a good campaign website?

Campaign content has a short attention span. Visitors who arrive via an ad or QR code are less patient than someone who is actively searching. They need to understand within the first few seconds where they are, what they can get here, and what the next step is. This calls for a direct and compelling visual opening that sets the tone for the campaign. Short, powerful text that draws the visitor in without losing them. A clear CTA that fits the campaign phase: sign up, read more, buy, participate. And speed: a campaign website that loads slowly loses attention before the message has even been conveyed. You know your campaign. We build the platform

What do you want to build?

Having a themed website built: creative and goal-oriented.

Building a campaign website requires a different approach than a standard website. The timeline is shorter, there’s greater creative freedom, and the focus is entirely on a single message. At Cube, we combine creative design with technical excellence. We build campaign sites that look great, load quickly, and are easy to manage via an intuitive CMS. This allows you to update content without having to call in a developer every time, even once the campaign is live and you want to make adjustments. Through our UX approach, we ensure the conversion path is right: from the first impression to the desired action.

Product launch, event, or theme: examples of campaign websites

Have a event website built with a registration form, speaker list, and practical information. A product launch website that tells the story behind a new product and allows for pre-orders. A theme campaign centered around a social issue, featuring interactive elements and shareable content.

In all these cases, the rule is: the stronger the foundation, the better the campaign performs. We connect the site to your marketing stack using our integration expertise, so that leads, sign-ups, and behavioral data are automatically routed to the right place. Microsite or campaign website: what are the differences?

The terms are often used interchangeably, but they describe the same concept. Building a microsite is essentially the same as creating a campaign website: a standalone web environment with its own URL, its own identity, and a specific purpose. The difference sometimes lies in the scope. A microsite typically has more pages and more content than a single campaign page. But the distinction isn’t strict. What matters is that the site has its own purpose, its own look and feel, and its own conversion path. You have the ambition. We have the builders.

Tell us about your challenge

Having a temporary website built: what happens after the campaign?

A frequently asked question. What do you do with a campaign website once the campaign is over? That depends on the strategy. Some campaign sites are taken offline after the campaign ends. Others are converted into an evergreen knowledge page, a different campaign, or an archive page. Still others remain active as part of a broader content strategy. We’re happy to help you think this through during the planning phase. That way, you’re not building a disposable site, but a digital environment that retains value even after the campaign period.

Building Together with C-U-B-E.

Create

We start with a focused Sprint 0 that is aligned with the campaign plan. What is the core message? Who is the target audience, and through which channel do they engage with us? What is the desired conversion goal: subscription, purchase, or sign-up? These questions determine the structure of the site, not the other way around.

Unite

Based on the campaign strategy, our UX designers design a visual environment and conversion path that are entirely geared toward a single goal. A unique look and feel, a custom URL, and a distinctive atmosphere—creative freedom where possible, goal-oriented where necessary. We prototype the critical flows before a single line of code is written.

Build

We build quickly and efficiently: a technically robust campaign site that loads as it should, is easy to manage via an intuitive CMS, and is integrated with your marketing stack. Through our connections and integrations, leads and sign-ups are automatically routed to the right place, without any manual work during the campaign.

Evolve

We’re here to help even after the site goes live. We monitor performance, make adjustments based on the data, and work with you to decide what will happen to the site once the campaign ends. Will it become an evergreen knowledge page, a case study, or an archive? We prefer not to make that decision at the start, once the campaign is already over

Questions? No problem.

The cost depends on the complexity and duration of the project. A simple campaign website is faster and less expensive than a comprehensive microsite with interactive elements. We always provide a customized proposal following an initial consultation.

A focused campaign site can sometimes go live within two to four weeks, depending on the scope and the delivery of content. We work in short sprints and keep you informed throughout the process.

The terms are often used interchangeably. Both are standalone websites with their own URL and purpose. The difference sometimes lies in their size: a microsite typically has more pages.

Yes. We deliver campaign websites equipped with a CMS that allows you to update text and images yourself, without having to rely on a developer.

We always discuss this in advance. A campaign site can be taken offline, converted into an evergreen page, or archived. We work with you to consider the long-term value of the investment.
