AI agents and copilots: built and configured for your organization.

Smart selection logic, real-time pricing, and visualization up to 3D, integrated with your ERP, PIM, or CAD environment. This allows your customer to independently assemble a complex product. Cube builds these custom configurators: not a plugin with limitations, but a scalable solution that speeds up quotes from days to minutes and eliminates errors from the ordering process.

What is an AI agent or copilot?

A co-pilot works alongside your employee. He makes suggestions, summarizes, or looks things up, but the human remains in control and makes the decisions. An agent goes a step further and carries out a defined task independently from start to finish. The difference lies in how much you delegate.

Take an incoming request for a quote, for example. With a copilot, your employee sees the request, is presented with a draft response based on previous quotes, and can edit it before it’s sent out. With an agent, that same request is automatically checked for completeness, entered into your CRM, and forwarded to the right colleague—leaving a human to step in only where it really matters. In both cases, this isn’t a chatbot that provides isolated answers, but rather a tool that actually takes over tasks within your own systems and processes.

Three or more? See what AI can take over

When do you need an agent or a co-pilot?

No integration

Someone is typing a quote from one system into another, letter by letter, because the two systems don't communicate with each other.

Repetition

For the third time this week, a customer has asked the same question, and your colleague is typing virtually the same answer for the third time.

Control

Every application is manually checked for missing fields before anyone can proceed with it at all.

Search

The answer is somewhere—in an old email, a document, or someone's head—but no one remembers exactly where.

Waiting

A customer is waiting for a routine task to be completed, simply because the right person isn't there at the moment.

Errors

Because the work is so boring and repetitive, a mistake slips through every now and then, and you have to go back and fish it out later.

What a partner or co-pilot you make.

The value lies in three areas. You gain time because repetitive tasks are automated, freeing up staff for judgment-based work. You gain consistency because an agent always follows the same rules and doesn’t get tired on Friday afternoons. And you gain control, because every action is logged and you can see exactly what happened afterward. When set up properly, this means: less manual work, fewer errors, and a clearer overview rather than less.

What do you want to achieve?
There's another way

Routine work seems harmless, until you add up how many hours a week it takes up. An agent or co-pilot takes over exactly that work.

What we build: AI in your software.

We build AI agents and copilots that run within your own software and take over or speed up your work. Not a standalone chatbot in a separate location, but functionality built right into the systems your team already uses: your portal, your CRM, your workflow.

  • A copilot supports your employee while they work. It thinks along with them in the moment: pre-fills a form, summarizes a file, or answers a question based on your own documentation. The human remains in control and decides what happens next.

  • An agent independently carries out a task, across multiple steps and systems. Think of an application that comes in, is checked for completeness, entered into the correct system, and forwarded to the next step—all without a human having to perform every action. This takes place within parameters that we define with you in advance: what the agent is allowed to see, what it is allowed to do, and at what point a human steps in again.

Agent or co-pilot: Which one fits your process?

A copilot is sufficient when a person is already stuck in a loop and mainly wants to work faster: help with a form, a suggestion in a portal, or an answer to a question from your own documentation. An agent pays for itself in processes that are repetitive, span multiple systems, and involve sufficient volume: request processing, checks, and data transfer between systems. The difference lies in autonomy and oversight, not in the technology. That’s why we always start with your process, not the tool. Which of the two you need depends on the process and the level of risk you’re willing to accept. We help you make that choice and then build the solution that fits, integrated into the systems you already have.

Curious how much time your organization can save? So are we.

How we set up your AI agents and copilots.

Create

We start by asking what exactly a copilot should take over. Together with the client, we map out the processes and roles and determine where a copilot adds value and where people will continue to take the lead.

Unite

For each role, we determine what an agent is allowed to see and do, and at what points a process requires human judgment. We mark irreversible actions such as sending, deleting, or paying as steps that require approval.

Build

Evolve

Every action is logged, so you can see exactly what happened afterward. Based on that, we adjust permissions, expand the agent’s capabilities, and ensure you maintain control, even when it operates autonomously.

Agentic engineering: agents that actually do work.

Agentic engineering goes beyond isolated AI suggestions. Instead of a model that responds to each question individually, we set up agents that autonomously carry out a task within clear parameters, with your team acting as the director. This requires a different approach to development, and that’s exactly where our expertise lies. We run agents ourselves in production, in our own development process, and in our day-to-day operations, and we bring that practical experience to your project.

Three things that most often go wrong (and how we handle them).

  1. Costs that spiral out of control. An agent can get stuck in a loop and inadvertently rack up costs. That’s why we build in a cost cap and rate limiting from day one, so usage never creeps up unnoticed.

  2. Prompt injection. Hidden instructions can end up in the input and cause an agent to do something unintended. That’s why we never give an agent broader access than its task requires, so that a misleading instruction can cause minimal damage.

  3. Too much autonomy over irreversible actions. Sending, deleting, or paying cannot be undone. That’s why we set up human checkpoints for precisely those actions, so that approval is always required.

15+ years of experience: Cube as your digital partner.

Cube has been building mission-critical software for over fifteen years. AI agents and copilots are tools we use to do that: built by people who know what they’re creating and who run them in production themselves. We integrate them into your existing systems, set up role-based access and an audit trail via MCP, and carefully select the model that best fits your use case. Would you like to have an agent or copilot built that works within your software? Schedule a meeting to discuss what’s feasible for your situation.

Questions? No problem.

With MCP, the integration layer runs on your own infrastructure. You control which data is visible per tool and who has access. MCP supports authentication via OAuth or API keys, rate limiting, and logging. Data does not leave your environment unless you explicitly allow it.

Yes, when implemented correctly. MCP runs on your own infrastructure. Cube always implements with permission management, authentication, and audit logging in line with ISO 27001.

Yes. We set up role-based access, record an audit trail for each AI action, and build in human checkpoints for irreversible actions. You determine in advance what the agent is allowed to do on its own and where human approval is required.

Yes. We integrate agents and copilots into your existing systems via MCP, so your business logic remains intact. There’s no need to overhaul your architecture: the agent is granted targeted, controlled access to exactly the data and actions required for its task.

A copilot supports a person while they work and responds to direct input. An agent independently carries out a task, in multiple steps and across systems, within established parameters. The distinction lies in autonomy and human oversight, not in the technology.
