What we build: AI in your software.
We build AI agents and copilots that run within your own software and take over or speed up your work. Not a standalone chatbot in a separate location, but functionality built right into the systems your team already uses: your portal, your CRM, your workflow.
A copilot supports your employee while they work. It thinks along with them in the moment: pre-fills a form, summarizes a file, or answers a question based on your own documentation. The human remains in control and decides what happens next.
An agent independently carries out a task, across multiple steps and systems. Think of an application that comes in, is checked for completeness, entered into the correct system, and forwarded to the next step—all without a human having to perform every action. This takes place within parameters that we define with you in advance: what the agent is allowed to see, what it is allowed to do, and at what point a human steps in again.
Agent or co-pilot: Which one fits your process?
A copilot is sufficient when a person is already stuck in a loop and mainly wants to work faster: help with a form, a suggestion in a portal, or an answer to a question from your own documentation. An agent pays for itself in processes that are repetitive, span multiple systems, and involve sufficient volume: request processing, checks, and data transfer between systems. The difference lies in autonomy and oversight, not in the technology. That’s why we always start with your process, not the tool. Which of the two you need depends on the process and the level of risk you’re willing to accept. We help you make that choice and then build the solution that fits, integrated into the systems you already have.
