The configurator automatically converts these choices into the appropriate next step, such as a request, quote, order, or internal task. This eliminates the need to manually re-enter information and ensures the front end aligns more effectively with the behind-the-scenes process. 1: Creating insights with Sprint 0

Every collaboration starts with a Sprint 0. In this phase, we map all processes together: who does what, when, and why? We identify bottlenecks, obsolete steps and manual work that can be better automated. Here, we look not only at technology, but also at people and their working methods.
