Laravel
Laravel, a leading PHP framework, accelerates development with tools like Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, and built-in security features. It provides an efficient and reliable foundation for building web applications.
An LMS that operates in isolation from the rest of your organization isn’t a learning platform. It’s a silo. Only with the right integrations does it become a functional part of how you share knowledge.
New employees don’t get access until a week later because someone has to manually create an account for them. Departing employees remain active for months, with all the compliance risks that entails. Progress tracked in your e-learning tool isn’t reflected in the LMS. And to generate a report, you have to export data from three systems to Excel and build it yourself. These are all familiar scenarios. All of them can be avoided with the right integrations.
With AFAS, Visma, Nmbrs, and other HR systems. New employees are automatically granted access, departing employees are immediately deactivated, and their job role or department structure determines which learning paths are activated.
With Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, or another identity provider. A single sign-on for all systems, higher adoption rates, and better security.
The standards that ensure e-learning content from tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline works seamlessly in your LMS.
For systems that do not have a standard connector. Integrations are built according to REST principles: well-documented and tested with automated monitoring.
We operate on the principle of a single source of truth. For each data point, we agree in advance which system serves as the primary source, ensuring that conflicts are prevented. Our integrations are built as standalone components, not as add-ons to existing systems. This means that you can later replace an integrated system without bringing down the entire integration architecture. From our DevSecOps environment , we actively monitor every integration. If something changes in an integrated system—which happens regularly—we adjust the integration before it affects you.
We build within your system, not alongside it.
For Coulisse, we integrated the LMS with the Articulate e-learning tool via xAPI, complete with automated notifications and weekly updates. Resellers get a platform that aligns with their own branding, while Coulisse maintains central control over the content and each team’s progress.
Would you like to know which integrations are relevant to your situation, or have an existing integration reviewed? Schedule a consultation so we can work together to identify the systems you use, the data flows between them, and where the opportunities lie.

An LMS integration is a connection between your learning platform and another system, such as an HR system, single sign-on, or e-learning tool. It ensures that data is exchanged automatically rather than transferred manually
We build integrations with HR systems such as AFAS, Visma, and Nmbrs; single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace; e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI; and custom integrations via API for systems without a standard connector.
A standard integration works well for simple scenarios involving standard fields and a single provider. Customization is necessary as soon as you have multiple systems, your own role structures, or if you don’t want to be locked into a single LMS provider in the future.
A simple standard integration is typically up and running within a few weeks. A custom integration involving multiple systems and specific data definitions takes two to four months, depending on the scope and complexity.
We can do both. Cube builds integrations for LMSs that we’ve developed ourselves and for existing platforms that offer API access. During the initial consultation, we’ll explore the possibilities.
