Digital Marketer | Medior (Dutch speaking)
You thrive in a role that combines strategy, creativity, and execution. You enjoy brainstorming ways to strengthen a brand’s market position and are just as eager to bring those ideas to life through a compelling campaign, strong content, or a clever concept. You spot opportunities, ask questions, and like to think one step ahead. Does that sound like the right fit for you? Then be sure to read on.
You’ll make sure we’re noticed.
We build digital solutions for organizations that want to move forward. We do this across three brands: Cube, Four Digits and Four Auctions. To help these brands grow and bring their stories to the right audiences, we’re looking for a Digital Marketeer. You’ll be part of Cube’s marketing team and work from there for all three brands. A large part of your work will be focused on Four Digits and Four Auctions, each of which has its own target audience, value proposition, and story. Exactly how your time is divided among the three brands will evolve as the role develops and based on the needs of the different teams.
Four Digits develops reliable and secure software for organizations where software really matters. Four Auctions is an online auction software product that provides various target audiences with a comprehensive and user-friendly auction platform.
You’ll be working for three different brands and dealing with diverse target audiences and marketing challenges. For Cube, you’ll translate the existing marketing strategy into concrete actions. For Four Digits and Four Auctions, you’ll also contribute ideas on strategy and positioning. From there, you’ll get to work on content, social media, SEO, GEO, campaigns, and everything else needed to advance the brands. Since you’ll be working for different teams, you’ll also regularly collaborate with colleagues in Arnhem. Initially, the plan is for you to work from Arnhem about once every two weeks. Together, we’ll figure out along the way what works best for you and the teams.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have plenty of freedom to shape the marketing for three different brands. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing social media strategies.
Translating case studies, projects, and expertise into compelling and accessible content.
Working on organic discoverability through SEO and GEO.
Conceiving, setting up, and optimizing campaigns.
Analyzing results and using them to determine what can be improved.
Contributing ideas on the strategy and positioning of Four Digits and Four Auctions.
Translating Cube’s existing strategy into campaigns, content, and other marketing activities.
Gathering opportunities and stories from colleagues and translating them into marketing ideas.
Collaborating with designers, developers, and external partners.
Utilizing AI for research, content, SEO/GEO, analysis, and automation, among other things.
Leading the way together.
We’re curious about what can be done better, smarter, and differently. That goes for marketing, too. At Cube, we’re fully exploring the possibilities of AI and leading the way in how we apply this technology in our daily work. Within marketing, too, we’re constantly reviewing our processes. Where can we work smarter? What can we automate? How can we access specialized knowledge more quickly? You’ll work alongside smart people who engage with technology and AI every day and are eager to contribute ideas for new applications.
You’ll have the freedom to try new things, which will teach you not only how to use AI but also how to organize your own work more efficiently. Your own judgment remains key: you’ll ask questions, review the results, and decide for yourself on the best approach.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who spots opportunities, has ideas, and enjoys putting them into action. You enjoy writing social media posts, launching campaigns, or contributing to the design process. You don’t simply check off a list of tasks. You look beyond the surface: Why are we doing this? Can we do it more efficiently? And where are the opportunities we haven’t spotted yet? You take initiative, ask questions, and enjoy trying out new ideas.
In addition:
you have an affinity for digital media, technology, and/or software;
you enjoy translating technical information into understandable content;
you have a flair for visuals, design, and language;
you’re curious, eager to learn, and analytical;
you work independently and take responsibility;
you can justify decisions and interpret results;
you take a critical approach to AI output;
you collaborate easily with colleagues, partners, and specialists.
(You don’t have to tick every box. We’re mainly looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative and is eager to learn. If you recognize yourself in most of this profile, we’d love to hear from you.)
Why choose Cube?
Here, you’ll have the opportunity to develop broadly as a Digital Marketer. You’ll work with three brands, different target audiences, and a wide range of challenges. As a result, you’ll become familiar with various marketing propositions and approaches and gain experience in both strategy and execution. You’ll also work closely with the content itself. You’ll be surrounded by developers, designers, and other specialists who are eager to contribute their ideas. This allows you to learn a lot about technology, digital products, and the industries in which our clients operate. And there’s room to experiment. A new idea, a different approach, or an AI application? You’ll have the freedom to explore it, try it out, and learn from it.
