What will you be doing?

As a New Business Developer, you’ll focus on expanding our client base. You’ll identify interesting organizations, establish new contacts, and actively build a network of potential clients. You won’t wait for opportunities to present themselves, you’ll create them yourself. You’ll delve into organizations, recognize commercial opportunities, and know how to bring the right people to the table.

Specifically, this means you’ll:

• Actively identify and approach new clients, both through your own network and via targeted acquisition.

• Follow up on leads, qualify commercial opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients.

• Investigate the needs and challenges of organizations and connect them to Cube’s expertise.

• Conduct commercial discussions and guide opportunities through to an agreement for the Kick-Off phase

• Work closely with our Business Consultants and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified commercial opportunities.

• Contribute to strengthening our market position and further developing our commercial approach.

You’ll work closely with our Business Consultants. While you’re responsible for opening new doors and securing a Kick-Off, the Business Consultant takes over from that point on. Together, you’ll ensure that new contacts grow into long-term partnerships.

• You have experience in new business, business development, or B2B sales within IT, software, or business services.

• You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoy opening new doors on your own.

• You have strong communication skills and know how to engage in conversations at various levels.

• You’re a good listener, ask critical questions, and recognize the commercial opportunities behind a client’s request.

• You work independently, maintain an overview of your commercial projects, and are results-oriented.

• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
