GET Connectors ensure that Cube retrieves only the data that is actually needed, such as invoices, stock levels, customer information or training data. By selectively retrieving data, the system stays fast and efficient, and you always have access to the most up-to-date and relevant information. This enables real-time insight for employees and customers, for example when tracking order status or course progress.

UPDATE Connectors - writing and changing data
UPDATE Connectors ensure that new data is processed securely and consistently in AFAS. Whether it is new employees, orders, contracts or changes to customer data, everything is automatically updated including the corresponding workflows and authorisations. This minimises errors and keeps processes running smoothly, without employees having to intervene manually.

App Connector - the security layer
GET and UPDATE Connectors work via the App Connector, which acts as a digital key between Cube and AFAS. This connector determines which applications have access to which data and under which authorisations they can read or modify it. This keeps data always secure and compliant with ISO27001, NEN7510 and GDPR, while allowing employees and customers to work and use self-service functions securely.
