Phageguard is an innovative foodtech organisation focused on fighting unwanted bacteria such as Salmonella, Listeria and E. coli in food processing. Cube developed an award-winning website for Phageguard that clearly explains what phages are, convinces food processors to start an implementation trial and further strengthens its professional brand identity.
Food processing has different sectors with unique bacteria challenges. Phageguard needed a website that addresses these specific issues so that customers not only understand how phages work, but also how they are applicable in their specific situation. By segmenting the website based on sectors, Phageguard is able to address the specific needs of its target audiences in a more targeted way. This enables visitors to better identify with the cases presented and gives them a clear picture of the solutions Phageguard offers within their own context.

Enhanced brand experience through Interactive Shields.
To reinforce the brand experience, a specific brand asset was used. Unique interactive phage 'shields' were developed. Real-time 3D raymarching with WebGL creates a dynamic and visually appealing presentation symbolising the protective effect of phages. As visitors scroll, the shield appears to submerge in a liquid, highlighting the dynamics of protection. Each sector-specific image is uniquely rendered with an AI-generated depth map that ensures faster load times and a realistic look.
A special feature lets users touch and drag over the phage, causing the material to ripple and spread. This not only highlights the effect of phages, but also reinforces their protective function. These interactive elements offer visitors a unique way to experience the impact of phages and get a positive impression of the brand.
Improved workflow through Pipedrive connection.
All leads are sent directly to Pipedrive's CRM via smart forms, significantly improving Phageguard's workflow. This integration makes it possible to manage sales processes and contacts effectively to respond quickly to customer needs. This increases the value of the website and the leads it generates.
Statamic CMS for flexibility.
The flexible Statamic CMS was chosen for content management. This system has a user-friendly interface and a "flat file" architecture that makes it easy to add, modify and publish content. Due to its modular structure, Statamic can be easily tailored to Phageguard's specific requirements. Cube, as a partner of Statamic, supports Phageguard with innovative solutions within this CMS.
