Partnership: Your software continues to grow.
With a partnership agreement, you know exactly where you stand from the start. Management, monitoring, hosting, services, support, and ongoing development are all included in a single monthly agreement, with a fixed budget and a dedicated point of contact. Your software is actively maintained and can be improved at any time, without having to start a new project for every request.
Clear agreements guide growth.
Your software is live and doing what it’s supposed to do. That’s when the interesting part begins: how do you ensure the application evolves to meet your organization’s future needs? A Partnership Agreement provides you with three key benefits:
The assurance that the foundation remains scalable and secure.
Room for continuous improvement and optimization.
Control over your roadmap, where investments are transparent and goals are achieved.
This way, we listen not only to today’s needs but also to the digital landscape of tomorrow.
What it offers you.
Your software is continuously improved
Improvements, new features, and fixes go live as soon as they’re ready. You don’t have to wait for a quarterly release or the next project. The infrastructure and processes needed to roll out updates at any time of day are already in place.
You know the cost before it happens
Every month, a fixed budget is available for further development. For each request, we’ll outline the impact upfront; you set the priority and give approval. If there’s any budget left over, it rolls over to the next month.
You have a single point of contact who knows your application
No rotating contacts who have to familiarize themselves with the project all over again. One dedicated point of contact, a service desk in GitLab where you can track the status of every ticket, and agreed-upon response times for each type of report.
Issues are detected before you even notice them.
Monitoring runs continuously to check availability, error messages, and essential functionalities. In the event of an outage, we’re usually already on it before the first user calls.
The foundation never becomes outdated.
We keep frameworks, packages, and libraries up to date. We identify, assess, and discuss vulnerabilities and deprecated features with you before they become a problem.
Our partnership grows with you.
Twice a year, we review together whether the service level and development capacity still align with where your organization stands today. Together, we determine what’s needed to get the most out of our partnership.
How we realize your ambitions.
From the first cup of coffee to the further expansion of your digital landscape. Four clear phases that define our partnership and guide growth.
What’s included in the partnership.
Maintenance
Maintenance, monitoring, and management.
Technical and preventive maintenance, up-to-date frameworks and dependencies, logging monitoring, error tracking, and system performance monitoring. Everything needed to keep your application stable and secure. You can read more about this on the software management
Hosting
Managed hosting and services.
Your application runs in a managed, redundantly configured cloud environment with daily backups, automated checks across more than a hundred points, and data storage in the Netherlands. If usage grows, we scale up. In addition, we handle the licensing and management of the services your application relies on, from transactional email and CMS to search functionality and map data. SLA
Service Level Agreement.
Agreed-upon response times and resolution deadlines by ticket type and priority, a dedicated contact person, and access to the service desk in GitLab. There, you can track the status of each ticket and the rationale behind the assigned priority. Extended availability outside of business hours or faster response times can be arranged as add-ons. We explain what an SLA entails in our article on the Service Level Agreement.
Ongoing Development
Every month, a fixed amount of capacity is available for new features, improvements, bug fixes, and user requests. You decide how it’s allocated. This way, you can keep improving without every request becoming a separate project.
The Value Point Model.
We bill for everything we deliver in a single unit: the value point. Maintenance, a bug fix, a new feature, a release: the same unit, the same method of estimation. You have a fixed monthly budget of value points, and you’ll see how many each request requires before we begin. A value point represents the total effort required to deliver value:
Our own effort and expertise
Executional work
Quality control
Procurement of external resources
Required tools and software
Complexity of the issue
People and AI agents in a single workflow.
The way results are achieved is changing. We are increasingly working with AI agents, automation, and specialized tools that leverage our own knowledge, methodology, context, and skills. Our engineers and AI agents work together within the infrastructure we provide to you. The agents accelerate the work and ensure consistency. Our specialists collaborate with your organization, determine the technical choices, evaluate the results, and take responsibility. For you, this means: greater speed, even higher-quality software, and more extensive expertise when making important decisions.
We help corporations operate like startups, and startups grow into corporations.

Questions? No problem.
Yes. We start with a code review to assess the quality, security, and maintainability of the existing codebase. Based on that, we decide together whether a partnership makes sense.
