Exact Online
Exact Online is a versatile cloud-based ERP system that optimises financial administration, accounting and business processes, enabling organisations to work more efficiently and accurately.
Is your valuable information scattered across different systems? Think of customer data in the CRM, orders in the web shop, stocks in the ERP and marketing data somewhere else. The result: you run from system to system, enter data twice and lose the overview. Bring all your data together in one place, so you always find the right information immediately, processes run smoothly and errors are prevented. Without replacing your existing systems.
Time loss
Employees spend a lot of time manually retyping data between systems. This not only costs hours, but also increases the risk of errors.
Errors in data
Manual processing leads to incomplete or incorrect information. Decisions based on this data are less reliable.
Slowed down operations
Once systems do not automatically communicate with each other, processes get slowed down. Orders, service requests or customer queries take longer and slow down operations.
Limited overview
Without integrated data, managers and teams do not have a complete picture of customers, processes or inventory. This makes making strategic decisions difficult.
Difficult to scale up
As the business grows, manual data tracking becomes increasingly complicated and fragile. This hinders rapid growth and efficient operation.
Compliance & security
When systems are not properly integrated with each other, it becomes more difficult to share data securely and according to the rules. One mistake can lead to data breaches, fines or risk to the organisation.
Did you know that IT teams often spend a large part of their budget, sometimes 30% or more, maintaining loose links between systems. This lack of overview slows down processes, keeps you locked into the ecosystem of large tech vendors and makes your data less suitable for AI and new technologies. Outdated systems also inhibit collaboration and innovation, making your organisation less agile.
Many companies work with different software packages and tools: ERP systems, CRM platforms, web shops, marketing tools, customer portals and more. Often, these systems are separate from each other. The result? Data is entered twice, processes slow down, and valuable insights get lost. Data integration ensures that all these separate systems form one coherent whole. By linking systems, processes become faster, data more consistent and insights into your organisation are more direct and reliable. Instead of managing different platforms side by side, a clear and efficient data landscape is created in which everything fits together.
To connect systems smoothly with each other, Cube is developing a customised Data Management Platform (DMP) for organisations. Compare it to a travel plug: it connects between devices, regardless of the outlet type. A Cube DMP connects all your systems, regardless of vendor or technology, fully tailored to your organisation's needs. The DMP acts as the central data block in your digital landscape.
Just as a travel plug connects different devices regardless of the type of socket, a DMP connects all your systems, regardless of vendor or technology. It is the central data block you place in your digital landscape: a solid hub that controls all connections and makes them smarter. It acts as middleware with an integration layer between your back-office systems, such as CRM, ERP and PIM, and your front-end applications such as apps, websites and customer portals.
Data integration with a DMP
Data no longer needs to be manually transferred between systems, allowing employees to focus on more important and valuable tasks within the organisation. This reduces administrative pressure and increases productivity.
Errors due to double entry or inconsistencies are actively prevented, while all data remains continuously up-to-date and fully reliable for analyses, reporting and operational decisions. This reinforces trust in the data and supports a data-driven way of working.
Information is instantly available where it is needed, speeding up processes significantly, from order processing to customer service and internal workflows. Faster access to data enables faster response to changes or customer requests.
Managers and employees have real-time insight into business data, allowing decisions to be made faster, better informed and more effective. This contributes to more proactive and strategic business operations, where risks can be better managed.
By integrating systems, a change in one system can automatically drive processes in other systems. Manual actions become unnecessary, allowing employees to focus on higher-value tasks.
Thanks to integrated systems and automatic data flows, the organisation can easily grow with it, without processes becoming more complex or error-prone. This keeps management clear and allows the organisation to respond flexibly to growth and changing needs.
We have extensive experience integrating a variety of systems. Every link is unique, because every platform works differently. Fortunately, modern systems are often ready for integration: they offer APIs, webhooks or other ways to exchange data. First, we map your system landscape and determine the smartest way to connect everything.
The most common method of system integration is via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). With an API, systems can automatically exchange data, for example retrieving customer data from a CRM system, processing orders from a web shop or synchronising stock data with an ERP system. With an API connection, data are exchanged in a structured and secure way, multiple systems can communicate with each other in real time and the connection remains flexible and scalable, so that future expansions can be implemented easily.
Besides APIs, we also work a lot with webhooks. A webhook is a way in which a system notifies another system directly of an event. This is useful, for example, when automatically updating an order status or sending notifications. Webhooks have the advantage that they react immediately to changes, instead of retrieving data periodically. This makes processes faster and reduces delays in the data flow.
Sometimes systems are less suitable for real-time links. In that case, we work with batch processing, synchronising data periodically. We often do this via XML links, with which data are exchanged between different systems in a structured way. We can also link directly at database level, combining data from multiple sources and making them available in the Data Management Platform.
At Cube, we make data integration simple and practical. Thanks to our experience, integration turns a complex technical process into a solution for everyday challenges. Whether it's an ERP system, web shop, CRM or customer portal, we make sure your systems communicate efficiently with each other. This leaves you more time and insight for what really matters.
Our expertise in links, APIs, webhooks and database services ensures a reliable and scalable data flow within your organisation. Everything works together, data are immediately available where they are needed, processes run faster and more efficiently, and links grow along with your organisation. At the same time, sensitive data remains protected and all processes are fully traceable. With Cube, you get a grip on data and processes, so that you can focus on growth and results.

We'll walk you through it
1: Mapping needs
Together, we examine which processes and business logic need to be integrated and automated. We look at the information that needs to flow between systems and which steps are essential for an efficient workflow. In this way, we lay a solid foundation for the link that fits in with daily practice.
2: Analysis of systems
We take stock of what systems you use, what data is available and how it is currently processed. In doing so, we identify potential bottlenecks, duplicate data entry or inefficiencies, so that we have a clear picture of the technical possibilities and limitations in advance.
3: Determining coupling method
Depending on the systems and available data, we choose the most appropriate linking method. This can be an API, webhook, batch processing or a direct database link. In this way, we ensure that the integration best suits the technical environment and the needs of the organisation.
4: Developing links
Our developers build the link with attention to reliability and security. This includes error handling, logging of data flows and security measures so that the link functions stably and any problems can be detected quickly.
5: Testing and validation
Before the link goes live, we extensively test whether data is exchanged correctly, completely and securely. Here, we simulate various scenarios so that the link continues to work reliably even under exceptional circumstances.
6: Monitoring and maintenance
After going live, we continue to monitor the link and ensure that any expansions or adjustments can be easily implemented. This keeps the integration future-proof and in tune with the growing or changing needs of the organisation.
Is your desired link or intergration not listed? No problem, we will build it for you
